LOVED THE FRESH LASAGNA Loved the Fresh Lasagna and the midnight Buffet was perfect!!! Everything was sooooooo delicious I just wanted to mention again the amazing meal that we had yesterday, everything was sooooooo delicious, if you can pass this along to your Executive Chef, Claudio Pingue. Everyone raved about the tomato sauce, and the white sauce was to die for, when the steak came out and everyone started to eat, you could hear people saying, “mmmmm this meat is so tender and flavourful, and the potatoes were a real hit. … At the end of the evening, Dom and I left with a huge smile, because we knew that the menu was a real success, thanks to the great chef, whom took the time to prepare it and put great care in each dish that came out.
